1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DanteNode, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

DanteNode provides an isolated platform for deploying and managing AI agents, workflows, and integrations. We provide the infrastructure and software, but you are responsible for the actions, inputs, and outputs of the AI agents you configure.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select. Your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or DanteNode cancels it.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing dashboard. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle. Because we incur immediate infrastructure costs to provision your isolated environment, we do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service or for unused time. All charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
• Deploy agents that generate or distribute spam, malware, or malicious content.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to bypass or exploit the isolation mechanisms of the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DanteNode, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
